Sitting on the side of the San Francisco peaks, Flagstaff is a great place to live.  At 6,905 feet above sea level, it is located in the largest ponderosa pine forest in North America.  With mountains and trees surrounding the whole city, it is truly a beautiful location!

As the largest city in Northern Arizona, Flagstaff boasts about sixty thousand population.  This size strikes the perfect balance between large cities and small towns.  Flagstaff attains the ideal by being small enough to have a friendly atmosphere and large enough to support all of the needed shopping and services including Flagstaff Medical Center, Northern Arizona University, and Pulliam Airport.

If you are looking for activities then you've found the right place.  Flagstaff gets a touch of all four seasons which means perfect spring and summer weather, leaves changing in the fall, and just enough snow to experience the winter.  As a year round mecca for visitors, Flagstaff has skiing, hiking, mountain biking, theater and entertainment, shopping and craft fairs, and is surrounded by some of the world's natural wonders like the Grand Canyon and the Painted Desert.
